He currently serves as a Leadership and Organizational Development Partner and trusted advisor to executive leaders at Intel Corporation.

Dr giby raphael

Dr. Giby (GB) Raphael is a co-founder of CLG. He is a business leader and has incubated multiple businesses successfully at Intel. He is often called the “startup guy” among his peers at Intel. Giby has a passion to learn and mentor. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and PhD in Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Andy Bartley

Andy Bartley is a Technical Sales Manager in the US Health & Life Sciences Organization at Intel Corporation. Prior to Intel, Andy developed a passion for entrepreneurship while working in venture capital where he identified startup technology companies for investment in Silicon Valley, South America, and Europe. He helped seven companies secure their first round of financing and developed an angel investment program to bring international companies to the US. After leaving venture capital, Andy founded three companies as CEO/COO – Algorithms.io, Tracker Landing, and NurseGrid. Most recently, Andy has started a new real estate investment and development venture in Oregon to rehabilitate and develop housing in the greater Portland Metro area..

Deepali Trehan

Deepali Trehan is a General Manager of Intel Enpirion Power business inside PSG. In this role, she manages a multi-million-dollar P&L and leads a global cross functional team that includes R&D, operations, technical customer applications, product planning and sales enablement functions. She is responsible for architecting the vision and the business strategy, driving engineering execution excellence and profitably growing the business. Deepali, a proud culture change enthusiast, also plays a key role in accelerating culture transformation for broader PSG comprising of 3000+ employees by sponsoring and leading “Fast and Fearless Leaders Forum”. .

Deepali discovered her passion for entrepreneurship at a tender age while helping her mom, an entrepreneur who started her own business four decades ago with meager ~$6 (500 rupees) on the streets on Delhi, India. One of the fun facts about Deepali is that she sealed her first sale of ~$0.70 (50 rupees) at the age of 9 at 80%+ margin. Deepali has 2 children (joy of her life), a ten-year-old daughter and a five-year-old son.

Vikki Mueller Espinosa

Vikki is an Intel Career Strategist, Certified Professional Coach and Program Director who designs and execute programs focused on employee and manager career development. Vikki is known for her ability to meet employees where they are to help them further their careers.  She will tell you that for the first 12 of her 29 years at Intel, she didn’t know how to answer the question – “Where do you want to be in five years?”  She found her calling and purpose after teaching one of the first Career Development Workshops at Intel in 2009.  Vikki received the 2018 Society of Women Engineers Spark Award.  She promotes diversity and mentorship; and provides the tools, infrastructure and inspiration for employees to achieve their goals. 

Vikki lives in Portland, Oregon and is married to an electrical engineer, and has 2 daughters.  She practices Pilates five days a week, lifts weights, fences occasionally, and walks her 9-year-old senior rescue dog, Dakota, rain or shine.

DR Paul R West

Dr. Paul R. West holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University. He started his career in Process Technology Development and has since established himself as a leader in business incubation for AI and Robotics, and Smart Cities in Intel's Internet of Things Group. Paul has a passion for product design, IP development, and start-up incubation. He enjoys learning, teaching, and mentoring others. Paul also enjoys backcountry hiking, backpacking, canoeing, and exploring the outdoors.
